Clint Nielsen - Orthotist/Prosthetist

Clint was born in Brisbane and was educated at St Josephs College Nudgee. Clint is the principle clinician at Orthotic Solutions Qld Pty Ltd. Clint holds a Bachelor Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from La Trobe University in Victoria.

Clint is a Certified Full Member with the Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association (AOPA) and a member of the Australian Medical Grade Footwear Association (AMGFA) as well as the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO).

Clint has a special interest in Clinical Gait Analysis and complex lower limb Orthotic management with clinical experience and expertise in the areas of Stroke (CVA), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Post-Polio Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Spinal Cord Injuries.

Clint’s previous clinical experience includes private and public positions, and a clinical position for the Queensland Paediatric Rehabilitation Service and the Queensland Cerebral Palsy Health Service at the Royal Children’s Hospital Brisbane.

Clint enjoys the challenges and rewards of working in private practice with his wife Bianca. When not at work, Clint enjoys being with his family, watching his children’s sporting activities and riding motocross.

Bianca Nielsen - Orthotist/Prosthetist

Bianca was born in Melbourne and was educated at Ivanhoe Grammar School in Victoria. Bianca continued her education at La Trobe University in Melbourne where she obtained a Bachelor Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics. Bianca is a Certified member with the Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association (AOPA), and actively partakes in continued professional development.

Bianca moved to Queensland in 2004, where she gained clinical experience in a broad range of paediatric, orthopaedic and neuromuscular conditions. Bianca then joined her husband Clint in private practice, establishing Orthotic Solutions Qld Pty Ltd in 2006.

Bianca has a special interest in prosthetics, scoliosis and working with children with Cerebral Palsy, Plagiocephaly and Developmental Delay.

Bianca juggles her career as an Orthotist/Prosthetist with a busy family life. She enjoys being involved with her children’s sporting activities and loves being in the garden when she has a spare moment.

Hannah Graham - Orthotist/Prosthetist

Hannah was born in Warrnambool in Southwest Victoria and attended school at Warrnambool College before moving to Melbourne to study Prosthetics and Orthotics. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science with a Masters in Prosthetics and Orthotic from La Trobe University.

Hannah relocated to Brisbane in 2015 to work with our team. She enjoys working with her paediatric clients and has a keen interest in complex neuromuscular orthotics.

Hannah is a certified member of Australian Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) and is also the Queensland State Education Representative for AOPA.

Hannah enjoys going to the beach and playing netball in her spare time.

Kathy Nielsen - Practice Manager

Kathy joined Orthotic Solutions Qld in 2008. She developed and implemented a number of integral processes and systems relevant to the day-to-day running of Orthotic Solutions Qld.

Kathy has an extensive background in administration and qualifications in Financial Planning.

Kathy oversees the administrative side of the business and looks after the business accounts; quotation assistance and is currently assisting with the implantation of systems and processes for NDIS.

Andrea - Administration

Andrea joined Orthotic Solutions Qld in 2011. Andrea provides administration and reception assistance.

Andrea has a background in administration and in her role, she provides secretarial services to the clinicians, appointment scheduling and patient invoicing.

Rochelle - Receptionist

Rochelle joined Orthotic Solutions Qld as our receptionist in 2017. Rochelle is responsible for meeting and greeting clients, scheduling appointments, patient invoicing and general office duties.

Rochelle has extensive experience in customer service and is always happy to help with any needs you may have.

When not at work Rochelle enjoys spending time with family and friends and reading a good book.
